Empowdered Ceasar Salad
1 Tbsp LYNQ Empowdered
2 small garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp anchovy paste OPTIONAL
2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup mayonnaise (avocado)
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
In a medium bowl, whisk together garlic,
anchovy paste, lemon juice, Dijon mustard
and Worcestershire sauce.
Add mayonnaise, Parmigiano-Reggiano,
salt and pepper and whisk until well-combined.
Taste and adjust to your liking.
The dressing will keep well in the
fridge for about a week.
Pour over salad. Toss. Enjoy.
