Evan's Empowdered Pre/Post Workout Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup almond milk or oat milk
1 scoop Protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
Hand full Spinach
1 cup mixed berries
1 Tbsp Peanut butter
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
1 Tbsp Flax seeds
¼ cup Greek yogurt- plain
1 Tbsp Empowdered
Blend. Enjoy!
